Dan was polite and courteous (even took off his shoes after walking through our flooded basement before walking on my white carpet.. on his own accord I didn’t even ask him to do this!). He was professional and so, so helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem for us so we could move forward and solve it:

Nearly impossible to get a call back from office on status of job. Called over 10 times requesting update and although assured by customer service team that office would call back as soon as possible, 9 out of 10 times did not receive a response
