Disappointing – Took lawnmower in for repair two weeks ago, still not back. A part was backordered, and no followup to see when part would be available. Really wanted to support a local business over a large chain, sadly, much easier and reliable to deal with a large chain. Now must hire someone to cut grass in addition to repair. Will never patronize this business again.
Great store...like your grandfaher's hardware store...helpful & knowledgeable staff that can find odd items – Monroe Hardware is the local hardware store your grandfather shopped in. Lots of bins of stuff and the staff can find it all. They can get you odd items to meet your needs. For me they found a special kind of cord (woven low stretch) that I use on Lure Coursing equipment (a sighthound hunting simulation).
