Decent quiet place to live, safe n peaceful, used to be anyway... just don't expect maintenance to do a damn thing unless it's important or u complain a bunch, n give them a list n hope they get around to one thing on it after a few weeks, but if they keep raising the rent, they won't bring in new people while they lose people because of the way the place is ran. These apartments are trash,nothing gets fixed .Definitely don't have anyone that can fix or even show up.management will send you Pictures of nicer apartments with new appliances and when you show up to look at them their not same as in Pictures. Management will tell you lies to get you into a lease I highly recommend not to rent these apartments.
to start off this place is nasty and unhealthy . they post pictures from their “show” rooms that are newly updated rooms, looking like a 5 star hotel, while their current tenants have shitty outdated apartments and appliances . They have mold in their outdated apartments, along with dust in their old trim, and cockroaches crawling around in the damn parking lot!! how nasty do you have to be to have roaches in your parking lot… people throw their trash wherever they’d like to, half the time it never even makes it to the dumps... read more
