Excellent Customer Service The customer service at Monroe Foreign Auto was beyond my expectations. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and had my two kids with me. My husband was suppose to come and pick me up and take me home, and called at the last minute and was unable to make it. I didn't know what to do, and my car was going to be there most of the day. No.1 for customer service !!! I have decided to keep and fix my car instead of buying a new one because of these guys and their honesty. My car isn't very old anyway so maintenance is just the usual stuff. Thanks to Monroe Foreign Auto my car has been well cared for and will have the reliability that I need. I've taken other cars to them and have been very pleased with their exceptional service.
Speedy and good! We broke down at the beginning of out vacation and had to spend the night in a hotel. The next morning we spoke with Duane at Monroe Foreign Auto and even though it isn't a foreign car he made room in his schedule to get us in for a diagnosis. They put a fuel pump in our van and had us back on the road by the end of the day. Wish I lived closer, this would be my shop!

My family has been bringing our cars to Monroe Foreign Auto for nearly 10 years. Previously we'd take our cars to the dealership for repairs, but we always felt we were getting ripped-off, and that the work was shoddy. Monroe Foreign Auto does exemplary work, and they are honest, and fair, and super-nice guys! We'll never take our cars to the dealership again....Monroe Foreign Auto is the best auto repair shop in Snohomish County!!!
