I’ve ordered from this florist two times, and each time the flowers were amazing. They were big, beautiful, and everyone who received them loved them. Great service and gorgeous arrangements, I’ll definitely be ordering again, and Again. Yesterday my neighbor said these were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received in her 70+ years of her life. Another called me in tears at the flowers. It was just perfect for our country farm venue. Went to Monroe Florist today with my granddaughters to purchase some fresh cut flowers & parked in the lot for their customers. I will never again give them my business….went inside & they did not have any fresh flowers & no one ever came out to help us….went across the street to pick up lunch only to come out to a notice in my car that since I wasn’t a customer my car would be towed away next time! 😡😡😡
I visited Monroe Florist to get an arrangement for a grave site. They had many beautiful pre-arranged flowers available for purchase and were extremely helpful. Their customer service is outstanding and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Most people look at flowers as a gift during a happy time and often one forgets that flowers play a role in the tough times of our lives. Monroe florist shows compassion to their customers and that is why I will forever be a customer! Thanks for being great!
