Great service and value Just had Monroe Fireplace out to service and replace the fan in our Travis DVI gas fireplace insert. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous. The fireplace works and looks as good as new. The price was very reasonable. They hit a home run for us!
Great People Great Company I have repeatedly used Monroe Fireplace. They are timely, do what they say, and always back-up their work. Their people are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I tell them what is important to me, (for example cost, warmth, etc) and they deliver at the highest levels. I am very particular and I have to say they consistently exceed my expecations.
All around great experience I have to admit that when I started my shopping process I was getting more and more confused with every stop I made in the city. After getting a rough idea of what I was looking for I called MFP. After talking with their salesman Paul I felt releaved that someone knew what they where talking about. He convinced me to come into there store and I was glad I did because they had one of the nicest showrooms I had seen.
