Can’t say enough good things about Monroe fire place, my gas fire place killed its self, the fire place is old and obsolete, but with Chris’s help , I got the parts and he patiently coached me through the process of fixing it. He was very patient, which was very necessary for me. After play by play, I got it going. Highly recommended, knowable, parts on hand, great service, and in my case, great for do it yourself guys, Jim
Really disappointing customer service. They seemed like they wanted our business but then completely ruined the experience. We ordered an insert through them at the beginning of February and was initially told it would be 2-3 weeks until they would be able to install it. Then when we placed our deposit like a day or two later we were told the units were on back order so it would be delivered until 3/3. We were having problems with our new pellet stove that we purchased about a year ago. I of course, installed it myself, but purchased the fireplace from Monroe fireplace. I always try to shop local. Anyways got it.Installed has been working great. We were kind of laxed on cleaning it.And maintaining. Long story short, the thing was not firing correctly and was piling.Pellets up in the hopper and not firing. I called on monday evening. They actually got the me in the schedule for the next day. Awesome Customer Service! After our power went out in Leavenworth during the December storm, I managed to break our wood stoves bypass. Monroe Fireplace found the parts I needed and held them for me. Then sections of Hwy. 2 washed away on both sides of Steven’s Pass. After another phone call they agreed to ship me the stove parts! Saving me a 5.5 hour drive over 2 mountain passes twice! My hero’s! Keep up the good work.
We got an adorable little wood stove installed and had an amazing experience with Monroe Fireplace. They got our installation scheduled quicker than we expected, and their installers were super professional and skilled. We have an old house that always presents unique challenges, and the installers navigated all of that really well. Our house just got 100% cozier
