We have used Monroe Fireplace for the last 7 years. They have both installed and serviced our fireplaces. Currently I can not get a response from them on a fireplace we ordered 2 months ago. They will not return calls or voicemails. They do not seem to care about service anymore.
Ordered parts, they were prompt though somewhat expensive!!
These folks are FANTASTIC!! We would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a tricky problem that was unable to be resolved by another company and B&C did a great job of analyzing and following through. They did wonderful work and their staff was easy to work with. I would hire them again.
