These folks are FANTASTIC!! We would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a tricky problem that was unable to be resolved by another company and B&C did a great job of analyzing and following through. They did wonderful work and their staff was easy to work with. I would hire them again.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOUR JOB IS FINISHED *AND* CORRECTLY INSTALLED. I deeply regret hiring this fly-by-night operation. Monroe's management/customer relations team has been nothing but disorganized, unresponsive, and full of excuses when it comes to resolving their own procurement and operations problems. Can’t say enough good things about Monroe fire place, my gas fire place killed its self, the fire place is old and obsolete, but with Chris’s help , I got the parts and he patiently coached me through the process of fixing it. He was very patient, which was very necessary for me. After play by play, I got it going. Really disappointing customer service. They seemed like they wanted our business but then completely ruined the experience. We ordered an insert through them at the beginning of February and was initially told it would be 2-3 weeks until they would be able to install it. Then when we placed our deposit like a day or two later we were told the units were on back order so it would be delivered until 3/3. We were having problems with our new pellet stove that we purchased about a year ago. I of course, installed it myself, but purchased the fireplace from Monroe fireplace. I always try to shop local. Anyways got it.Installed has been working great. We were kind of laxed on cleaning it.And maintaining. Long story short, the thing was not firing correctly and was piling.Pellets up in the hopper and not firing. I called on monday evening. They actually got the me in the schedule for the next day.
