Monroe dry cleaning sent a sales manager Ashely Kees to my car dealership to present their services. I emailed Ashley 3 days after speaking with her to set up an account. I sent her 5 emails in 5 days with no response. I called the store to find out what is going on and they said that she no longer worked for them. So I set up an account with them over the phone. Very rude people and quality of cleaning is not worth a trip. Advise trying others instead of wasting time. Shirts were packed and had wrinkles. I thought I am paying more to Monroe and will get better quality but not worth it. More than price is the attitude of people at Monroe.
I've been a customer for 2 years bringing an average of 15 shirt for laundry and pressing but I decided to stop going there and find somewhere else. At the beginning when i started going there i was happy with the service until recently shirts are not fully clean, my polo t shirt was given back to me with the stain spots not being cleaned. they keep changing staff so its hit and miss with the attitude some times good customer service and some other times not so good. diffidently not going there again.
How can someone misplace 2 items in 6 months and not even have the courtesy to apologize or offer to make it better, or compensate somehow? This happened to us twice... the first time, we thought "mistakes happen", it's ok...but then when it happened again, it was once too many! Be careful unless you don't mind paying for something to be washed that never even came back to you!
Great prices and easy to get in and out. They do great work - even got my suit back to me the same day in an emergency. I've tried all the rest, I will keep coming back to Monroe for the price and quality.
DO NOT GO HERE. I would have given them ZERO stars but that's not an option. I took them a brand new $150 sports coat to get cleaned and they absolutely RUINED IT!
