This company lacks communication skills. I ordered 2 very simple science. Time was a sensitive matter and I was told by Dave that theyd be done in a couple of days. I waited 5 days and hadn't heard a word so I sent an email asking for an update. Over the next 2 weeks there were phone calls, emails, And messages from my end checking the status of my order with little to no response.
