This is a great dental office.....Mary who runs the front desk is so sweet and helpful...She knew all about my insurance and what it does and doesn't' pay... She knows her job and more. She took time to talk to me when I first contacted the office on a Friday even though they were closed but the business office was still open.. She helped me get my X rays from my previous Dental office as well . Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and professional. The dental hygienist did a great job and found a cavity that might have gone undetected if she had not been so through in the cleaning she gave me. The dentist was pleasant and professional and really seems to care about my dental health. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I really like Monroe Dental Care.
