This place steals people's belongings and then uses bureaucracy to never return them. Give the woman's family her belongings back. Don't make a hard time for a family even harder. Gross negligence
My father passed 1/20/2024 and they still have his belongings. They said they would send a letter in the mail yet it’s 2/24/2024. They didn’t even send us a cause of death! Now I see why their rating is so low. They are “professional” yet so UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL! RIP daddy. May you receive JUSTICE!!!!!
Nearly eight months after unexpectedly losing our son we have no information from the medical examiner's office we paid the $40 fee over 2 months ago and still have received no information absolutely ridiculous
