My daughter went in for her asthma our normal Dr. Ms. Brown was out so she had to see Anna Ray Hilburn. After waiting a 45 minutes in the exam room for Ms. Hilburn to come in she proceeds to tell my daughter who has a history of asthma. She wasn't having asthma she just needs to loose weight! She continued to be condescending and told my daughter there was nothing she can do and sent her on her way. The doctors misdiagnose and never listen to the patients. My daughter has been in to see the doctors at this clinic for ongoing health issues many times and on several occasions. We ended up having to go to another doctor for a correct diagnosis. The doctors run test that you don't need and won't perform the correct tests that will actually determine anything useful. The doctors are horrible here and only want money. They dismiss anything the patients say and rely on their own prejudice when they make decisions.
Dr Broughton has refused to see my family members and rescheduled appointments without notice. The whole staff is rude and doesn’t care about giving proper care. The RHC at MCH has some of the worst practices I have ever seen at any doctor’s office. My whole family gets pushed off by the whole staff every time we go in for a visit.
