Very clean and the staff is very helpful
Terrible service they never have appointments and then they’ll schedule you when nobody’s even there to see you front desk said they call me but they left me no message. I literally miss work to go there for my appointments and there’s always an issue. I figured I would try the health department in Macon and when I asked the Forsyth office to send them my medical records they told me Macon has to send it to them, which makes no sense because I haven’t been there before.
Environmental department was very helpful in getting my septic and well permit.
Been trying to reach the WIC office for weeks now and when they are open no one will answer, kinda ridiculous. The health department is pretty good tho never had issues with them just wished the WIC would get back to me when I applied over a month ago!!!
