Wait time is about 10 - 15 minutes. The nurses have poor people skills openly talking about each other or visibly frustrated with one another... kind of sad really(perhaps too large a caseload or a case of being overworked??........)but I guess that's what you get when you have a mix of New Jersey, PA and New York.. The front desk staff and doctors are really nice though, so I just grit my teeth through the nurse's procedures.
