Sincerely appreciate the linemen, technicians, supervisors, etc who came to our rescue. Very courteous, respectful and professional. We wish MCEC didn't have so many outages and cheaper rates, but not their fault. We felt as though they cared about our issues and us, the customers. Thanks, again.
It's very rare for us to have an outage, even when I see other companies have them. One day we'll update windows and old appliances to help with the electric bills, but until then it is what it is! Thanks for the hard work you guys do to keep everything up and running!
