I had a great experience. There's was no wait and everyone was very nice and understanding. I live in New Glarus, so I will definitely come here in the future instead of Madison, based on my experiences at both. Shout out to my nurse Kristin and the young woman at the front desk. Both were incredibly sweet.
Absolutely the worst ER ever. Patients are waiting hours while staff is sitting around chatting and on their phones. Th I s place should be reported. The care is awful.
