I had a great experience. There's was no wait and everyone was very nice and understanding. I live in New Glarus, so I will definitely come here in the future instead of Madison, based on my experiences at both. Shout out to my nurse Kristin and the young woman at the front desk. Both were incredibly sweet.
Absolutely the worst ER ever. Patients are waiting hours while staff is sitting around chatting and on their phones. Th I s place should be reported. The care is awful.
Worst ER ever ! Needed a wheel chair because my son could not walk and they didn’t even bother to get up from their desk . So I did it myself, hurt my hand because I never opened up a wheelchair before. Got him in and then after 15 minutes of him sitting there crying asked how long the wait was she saif I have no idea I can’t tell you anything. They are just sitting and talking behind the desk . Drive to Madison , don’t go here you won’t get any treatment or compassion.
