Whoever older woman running this shop. Screamed and yelled at my 19 year old daughter today for parking in their parking lot for a max of 2 minutes to run through the farmers market. Who does that?! My daughter then tried to apologize and said she didn’t know she couldn’t park there. And said woman continued yelling at her calling her inconsiderate and whatever else she could say. As someone from Chicago where 1 or same day dry cleaning is common, I called this place on Monday April 6th to ask if I could possibly leave my suit to be dry cleaned and ready by Thursday morning for a very important event and she started being extremely rude with attitude saying no absolutely not we have boiler issues etc like I was supposed to already know that. Excellent Service! I work at a bridal shop and we needed a gown cleaned last minute during a holiday week, another cleaner wouldn't even look at it. So kind, very clean establishment, can't recommend enough!
