I was impressed with the care I received from Harlan at the Beltone Hearing Care Center in Monroe from the moment he said, "Hello." He walked me through the assessment, explained how hearing aids could help with my idividual hearing needs, and patiently taught me all of the fun features that come with my new hearing aids (Beltone Serene).
