I wasn’t pleased with the way I was treated there. I felt as if I was a burden and was spoken to very rudely. I even a sad k for s copy of my results and was told u had to get them from my insurance.
Very thorough with exams and educating me on the ear and their findings. Very impressed but sure did not like the Price of the hearing aids....extreme.
Information was so needed! Thankful we kept meeting. We still need time to investigate options.
Sandra at the front desk is always very nice and accommodates my schedule. Sharon Klein, the audiologist is very attentive and has helped me out a lot!
