Harlan and Sandra are both very friendly and personal. Harlan took a lot of time with my mother, who is 89 and is coming here to live with us. He asked her questions to get to know her a little better and to help her feel more comfortable. He also explained how her hearing aids work and what things we could do to improve her hearing. I was impressed with the care I received from Harlan at the Beltone Hearing Care Center in Monroe from the moment he said, "Hello." He walked me through the assessment, explained how hearing aids could help with my idividual hearing needs, and patiently taught me all of the fun features that come with my new hearing aids (Beltone Serene).
