Awesome practitioner ,she listened to my concerns and corrected my problem
After having worn my hearing aids from Beltone for a year, I visited the Monroe office for a follow up appointment. I was warmly greeted by Sandra who directed me into the office of Sharon, whom I met for the first time. Sharon exhibited genuine patient concern as she explained what I can expect in the way of follow up to come. As part of that visit, Sharon installed an update on my hearing aids that I did not know was available. Very rude and condescending. Was more interested in selling a hearing aid then helping problem solve with the one she has. Treated my mother like she was stupid! Won't be back to the location!
Very Fine visit.
All the staff was very courteous and helpful. The Audioust was thorough kind and helped me understand more about my hearing loss and discussed ways to help me use my hearing aids. Plans were made to get repairs done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that has hearing loss and needs hearing aids
