Great experience with Eli! Explained the reason why my unit could have been freezing…. Also mentioned that we should monitor the cycle performance before I went ahead and replace the motor.
When our AC kicked the bucket suddenly, I contacted my home warranty folks, and they sent me local 'big' guys to fix it. Their guy came and gave me a runaround and threw some terms at me, thinking that I would just pay hundreds of dollars with no questions asked. I do not recommend this company, I hired them to clean my AHU coil. Unit completely stopped cooling after few days due to refrigerant leak. They ignored my calls and text for few days. I ended up replacing my entire AC unit.
