I had the worst experience in Wooster, OH. I took my 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan there after popping two tires. I was promised they’d have them by 10am but didn’t get there until 3 and I had a 3 hour drive home. After I left I noticed my car pulled to the right and couldn’t drive with my wheel straight. I figured they didn’t align my car-my bill says in declined- I did not decline because I was told they were taking it off.
