Had a 5 star review up for a few years. Went in 4 days ago, only car they were working on. 2 hours for an oil change on a common car, 2nd time they didn't have an oil filter after making appointment...2 hour wait for a 20 minute job. Refused to rotate my tires as it had low tread. Which akerman tire rotated 25 mins later. And tire choice quoted 1000 on a new set of mid grade tires, that I purchased elsewhere for 690 with alignment. An big boy stained my center arm rest with grease. Receptionist was nice. Horrible experience, They did not tighten the lug nuts on my mom's car
I purchased two tires from these stores one of which failed after 1400 miles it failed at the valve stem. I brought it back in because I had purchased the road hazard coverage on top of the regular warranty and was expecting to be covered boy was I in for a surprise. I made my original purchase at Mr tire but when I brought the car into Mr tire they could not help me because their air compressor had apparently exploded or something so they sent me to the sister store and told me to drive there on my flattened tire in order t... read more
My car came with a warranty and was starting to act up around day 21. Tire Choice Wooster was part of the network. Dave stayed with it and pushed the warranty company to send an inspector out, which is a step I knew nothing about, and got them to take care of the costs. I appreciate him pushing so we didn’t end up with the bill!
