I was traveling and had issues with my steering wheel violently shaking when decelerating and braking. They were able to get it in fairly quickly. I believe his name was Chad, though not sure. He was really great at explaining everything to me. I learned that an alignment is not the same as balancing tires. He balanced my tires for a very affordable price, and rotated my tires for me at no charge. I was not expecting that!
