Chad was amazing. We were stranded at Allegheny State Park with zero options on a Friday afternoon. Chad at munro took the time to help us out and get us home for further diagnostics. I don't have enough space to race about how happy I am with his service! Thank you Chad and munro muffler! We got home safe and were so relieved!

All my brakes went metal on metal knew we had an issue but had no clue how bad. John was very nice and honest didn't wait long for quote or actual service. Will be back highly recommend no jerking you around or trying to sell you extras you don't need. Just a great experience from setting up appointment online to getting the work done. And having guaranteed work done is why Monro is a good option in general for brakes and mufflers in my opinion.
