All my brakes went metal on metal knew we had an issue but had no clue how bad. John was very nice and honest didn't wait long for quote or actual service. Will be back highly recommend no jerking you around or trying to sell you extras you don't need. Just a great experience from setting up appointment online to getting the work done. And having guaranteed work done is why Monro is a good option in general for brakes and mufflers in my opinion.
Very fast and affordable for the area. Had my truck inspected with a tire rotation and oil change done with-in 2 hours. Very pleased.
Made the appointment online the day before the service. Walked in they started right away on my truck, oil and state inspection. I was out the door within a half hour.
It was a good experience, was in and out very quickly, was offered some advice about some upcoming issues but no pressure. The person I interacted with was very helpful
