Great service for an emergency repair. Very happy with the outcome!
My brakes went out while on vacation. I had AAA tow the truck to Monro in Bradford, PA where the right front brake line was replaced. I drove the truck back to Rochester, NY and noticed that the brakes were spongy and the ABS kept activating. Monro customer service recommended that I bring the truck to the Monro store in Irondequoit, NY, near my home. Monro in Irondequoit said they were unable to duplicate the symptoms I described. Brought my car in because of a loud exhaust, they repaired my car in less than an hour for completely free.
Want to thank them for getting me in and out really fast after I got a cut in my tire. Not only were they unbelievable fast but were the only place that would fix my flat today instead of waiting till Monday. Thank you!
