I brought my 2014 ford escape there for a new muffler system, it cost $1200.00. The only problem is that it's as load as I brought it in. They said it had a cracked flex pipe and they couldn't fix it and that I would have to take it to a dealer to get it fixed. If I knew that ahead of time I would have just taken it directly to the dealer to have the work done. Also, I had to bring it back because every time I hit a bump in the road the new exhaust would hit the undercarriage. They tweaked it and now it seems ok. Not 100% ha... read more
