UPDATE again 12/2123: Not as great now that Rich and most of the old crew have gone. Took my car to a different shop to get something fixed that this Monro swore wasn't the problem and guess what.....it was exactly the problem I suspected and has now been fixed by a different mechanic. Now doubtful if I return here in the future unless its an emergency. Down to **** stars. OLDEST update: If you go anywhere else for your car care needs, you're CRAZY!!! Louis Jones corrected deficit brake work done by another mechanic, He also installed new front end parts. I was impressed with his thoroughness and desire for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend him for auto service.
