Excellent customer service
Came for state inspection and they were able to get it done for me, even though it was last minute. They were nice and professional
The website offers coupons and when I went in the store the manager told me that it’s fake. But it’s on their own website… during my time of waiting for the oil change, 3 other customers came in with a coupon and said the exact same thing. some coupons were physical and they still denied them.
The manager Dorian Dixon allows unrequested services to be done on customer vehicles and then charges full price for it even after talking about the situation and acknowledging that more was done than requested. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED
