Refuse to accept valid coupon within expiration date because I had provided my own parts. There is no sign disclosure or mention of this anywhere that providing my own parts made it so I could not use any coupons. I expressed my dissatisfaction but the manager did not care and bragged about owning Mr.Tire. When confronted the attitude I was given not customer friendly! I would recommend to keep looking there are many other auto repair shops less than a block.

Brought my Jag with Maryland Tags to have them investigate a loud noise coming from my muffler. Harris quoted me a price of $1475 with Jag parts of $862 with after market parts. I thought the price was too high and left. The next day I brought my car to Bargain Muffler in Palymra, NJ and they fixed it for $162.00. Harris is a crook....do not trust these people

Best place in town for a repair – I went there with a electrical problem. They check it out and found that a penny had fell in the cigarette lighter hole and caused some wires to melt. Nobody else could find at 3 other places. Now my Grand Am is back on the road again.

RIP OFF!!!! – They charged me $868.00 to repair the intake manifold gasket on my Montana but they did not repair the right thing because after the repair was completed it continued to go from an overheat condition to a cold condition the district manager was present and he could not figure out what the problem was. I called and took it in 3 times I asked for my money back the manager said he would get back to me - I waited 6 weeks I called him a few times but he told me he had not talked to his boss yet - I finally called th... read more

Love This Place – I am a city teacher with 2 cars in our family. Every time I go here for something they end up charging less than I expect. The service is excellent and the work is usually first rate. Any time I have had to head back for a recheck they are accommodating. I have never had a bad experience.
