Went somewhere else and dropped $900 and my car noise was still present. Accidentally called Conrad's and he said to come bring it in and they would take care of it for me. Got me in the same day I took it in and took care of everything, took a video to show me what was wrong (because i am a girl) and explained everything in depth, took my car for a test drive to ensure noise was gone, and every single person was so understanding polite and efficient. 10/10
The Eastlake location is my go to place. The employees/manager are all fantastic. Highly recommend!
