Called and set appt for routine safety inspection; showed up to find there was no record of my appt but they said they'd fit it in. Called 4 hours later and the guy said "we're looking at it now"; checked in 30 minutes later and the vehicle _hadn't even entered the shop._ Their phone serves no purpose whatsoever. 5 hours I'll never get back.
This place is awful. The taller, heavier guy is extremely slow on the computer. He doesn't remember anything, and he's rude.They never remember your appointment. The shorter guy always seems like he's making things up. They always claim they don't have mechanics in. And their prices seem higher than most. I set up an appointment a week in advance.
