Price always market fair, front desk clerk Charles was delightful. Work was incomplete and car drives worse now. Spare was unmounted. Bolts on tire were loose and needed to be tightened. Size of replacement was smaller than other tires. Requested rotation, did not get one, was told to too understaffed to rotate the tires. Unable to fix issues for over two business days after Charles deserves a raise regardless

Needed anew pipe and muffler, nothing more. They did it and I am very satisfied with the replacement of those items.
I was provided AAA service and if I could give more stars I would. The technicians care and the staff is not looking to add unnecessary work to your car. They are professional and respectful.
I was sent from one Monroe location to another because the technician there didn’t know how to fix the problem. When I got to the other location I explained the car has an overheating problem and the radiator is leaking bad . I got a call after the diagnostic that the radiator was the problem and needed to be fixed.
