I had an appointment at 5:30pm scheduled, the store manager said he would not honor my 5:30pm appointment, because all of his staff was leaving early on Saturday - and then said “I don’t know why our call center scheduled it that way, I can get you in maybe Monday”. Super frustrating experience and they didn’t care. Will not be returning
