Mike is a great manager. Diagnoses the problem and addresses with explanation at a customers level. Good mechanics also.

best experienced i have had with a shop in a long long time. they truly went out of their way to help me when i ended up stranded with a flat tire that is also a very hard tire size to find . it is clear the staff cares about their customers and their vehicles and i really can’t be more grateful for the experience i had here. i highly recommend them!!!

The Monro Auto Service had some of the best customer service I've seen. After noticing my car's tire pressures were low, we stopped by the shop to get it inspected. Samantha very diligently inspected all of my tires and was able to catch two areas that needed a patch. She graciously provided a permanent fix for us for both tires within 10 minutes! I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether locally or traveling from afar if you need to get your car fixed!

I won’t go anywhere else, love them here. Samantha always takes care of me, they are so honest and upfront about my car and what it needs or doesn’t need. They don’t just try to get money out of you, if anything they try and save me as much as possible. They also have worked with me through CarAdvise which isn’t exactly the easiest program to navigate.
