Monro staff is consistent in their knowledge, care of customer, care of car. In my decades of car ownership, I have never been more pleased than I have been at Monro. This last experience was excellent. You have wonderful staff.
I had a really challenging repair. The team at Monroe, required more time to complete the repair than was originally estimated. Not only did they honor the original repair price, they discounted it further because it took longer than their estimate. Samantha the automatic e technician is amazing and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle. AMAZING SERVICE!
Samantha is the best. She’s personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and I genuinely enjoyed talking to her. She deserves a raise and a long vacation!
Best service I've ever experienced at a shop, Samantha deserves a raise for sure. I can't recommend Monro in Niantic enough, its worth the drive for the customer service alone.
Samantha is the best!!! We went to another location today (a Sunday) and the guy was by himself so he said he couldn’t patch our tire. We were on a road trip heading home to NJ so we were pretty desperate. I called the Niantic location and Samantha said to come on in and she will fix it. When we arrived we noticed she was also by herself but still was happy to help us out.
