Great people. Good work at a good value.
The technicians quickly diagnosed my vehicle’s issues and were able to make the repair the same day. I was out of town and had the vehicle issues and they were able to schedule the diagnosis and repair on a busy Saturday. They communicated well the status of my vehicle.
During a standard oil change, they didn’t properly put the guarding back on the car and the metal ended up scraping along as I drove. I would’ve liked to have posted a picture of the metal that had been sheared off, but Monro asked for it as a way to get me replacement, and lost it soon after. I’ve been trying to get it repaired and reimbursed but they keep finding ways to get out of it.
