I've had a bad vibration in my car for some time. 2 other people have looked at it and couldn't figure out what the issue was. I went to tire choice to get an alignment and they asked if I knew there was an issue and I told them what had happened. They asked me to bring it back in so they could do a free assignment and they found the problem. They are all very nice and genuinely care about your vehicle and safety.
I will never come back here again. So I tried to have my car inspected on Saturday for them to come back and tell me my car would need need new struts. No biggie, took it home, put it on lift, expecting to see wet struts or them be bouncy as heck. Neither were apparent, so I called my buddy, who's a mechanic down, and he said they looked fine. As a female it's common to be treated like I have no clue when it comes to having my car serviced. I walked in expecting the same routine. But it never happened. Everyone was so nice and down to earth. I called to confirm my online appointment and was provided all info plus extra options, better deals, and credit offers. Both men I spoke to on the phone, Josh and Wes, were pleasant and polite. I hung out while they worked on my car.
