BEWARE They take appointments for alignments, then you show up and they tell you they don't do alignments. Apparently the company that books their appointments is over seas and doesn't care they can't do the alignment. The guys at Monro must not bother to look at the apointments they have booked for the day like a professional would. The guy working there was apologetic, but yet you guys continue to use the call service. Pathetic excuse for a business. After reading reveiws this is a recurring theme.
Monroe is a great place for all things related to tires! Had one of our Fleet vehicles in there for a flat which was promptly fixed, and the price was more than fair. Five star service and highly recommended!
Took care of my tire sensor issue very timely without an appointment.
The best and was a truly good person that kept his word.
Tired completely blown while traveling throw Saginaw. We have 4WD so it needed all new tires. Steve the manager was able to get us in 30 mins before closing and stayed late to get all 4 tires back on so our family could continue on our way home that night. We were dreading having to stay another night and miss a day of work at home. Definitely recommend to anyone needing tire work!
