If I could give 0 stars, I would. Made an appointment more than a week in advance, arrived 10 min before my appointment waited around 15 min before someone finally came out from the shop area. I said I had an appointment for an inspection was told that there is no inspector there today. A phone call prior to me arriving telling me would’ve been the courtesy thing to do instead of wasting my time.
Darrin is considerate, knowledgeable, and genuine. He has always made me feel valued and a high priority.
Thanks for your service I recommend Monroe in mendon road in Cumberland for all service car inspections nice people I’ve been a customer for many years I trust them!
