Deserves 0 stars but the employees that work there are NOT at fault. I called yesterday to get a tire replacement because I have a huge bubble on my tire that could burst at any moment. When I called to make an appt it’s a 3rd party call center that makes the appts. I made an appt for 9 AM and was assured it takes about an hour. I have to take a road trip this afternoon so I needed to sure it would get done. The call center lady made the appt without even asking me what kind of tire I had to see if they have it in stock.
