Quick and courteous service for inspection
Great customer service and prices..I was literally in and out for my state inspection
Went to the location in Cumberland, RI for the second time and they have lost a customer now. First time I went, I went in for an oil change and I brought my car in the morning and didn’t get it back until night time. I did get my appointment discounted but still unacceptable for them to keep my car there all day for a 15-30 min job. Went today for the second time hoping for a better experience and got a worse one. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Made an appointment more than a week in advance, arrived 10 min before my appointment waited around 15 min before someone finally came out from the shop area. I said I had an appointment for an inspection was told that there is no inspector there today. A phone call prior to me arriving telling me would’ve been the courtesy thing to do instead of wasting my time.
