They mounted a tire for me that I already had. Charged me $45. Took them 10 minutes. Should have been $25 at most. Their prices are outrageous. They wanted $98 for a synthetic oil change and tried talking to me like it was a good deal. I can purchase the oil and filter for $25. $73 for labor on an oil change is outrageous also. I will keep changing my own oil.
Very friendly and fast service. Front guy was super personable and explained everything very well.
Great service! I called in Saturday afternoon and the tire had to be ordered. Came in Monday morning and had it on at 5pm!
Honestly, Not what i expected. The techs were nice to get me in after missing my original appointment, so i do appreciate that. But 700.00 for 2 tires and an alignment was outrageous. For 600.00 i could have went to discount tire and gotten all 4 replaced as well as the alignment. I’m not sure what they did to my car exactly because now my car shakes really bad when i get up to 60MPH like it’s going to fall apart. Went in for new tires, was told all 4 were in inventory over the phone before my apartment. On arrival, they only had 3. I waited for 3.5 hours and had to return a second time for the 4th tire. Through the whole process, Glenn was very kind, apologetic, and provided accommodations. He communicated with me several times, I never felt neglected as a client, I felt rather prioritized. Glenn seemed very caring and invested in my correcting my services.
