Worst experience ever, i dont reccomend Monroe to anyone and ill even go out of my way to make sure nobody i know ever goes to the Tiffin, OH store! Before i Scheduled front end alignment i replaced every suspension part on my front end except my rack n pinion so it should of been cake but noooooo, it took 4 days total and broke up into 3 seperate apointments and 2 sets of brand new front tires "out of my pocket" chewing up my tires in between because they never could get it aligned properly and couldnt seem to show me a pri... read more
Slowest service i have seen out if a shop in a long time the only place slower is Walmart in Findlay appointment made for 330 checked in early at 3 pm guy says its going to be 45 mins and an hour later truck still not in for a simple tire plug I have worked in this industry and could have done did 2 oil changes and a brake job faster than they can do a tire plug
I scheduled an oil change and a coolant change. The folks at Monro checked my coolant and said it didn't need to be changed. Bravo for the honesty.
Professional and polite….no hidden fees
I called and needed a tire patched and said they could squeeze me in even though they were busy and short handed. Very nice to deal with and a nice facility.
