I have gone to Munro for years. There has been many different people who have left. Just recently they have had a lot of people turnover. This has caused many problems, such as longer wait times. I waited 2.25 hours at one appointment, then 2.5 hours the next day. The quality of service was so so. They forgot to reset oil life reminder, then the oil sticker for the window.
