Stopped in to get my tire fixed and an oil change.. and WOW OH WOW. They always are quick to help me with the things I need done. RJ, is a very helpful and insightful employee there. Has helped me understand things when I come in with my problems with my car.
They did their jobs well, and were polite and considerate of a slight delay.
Last Thursday while driving home, the muffler on my 2008 Ford Explorer fell to the ground. I drove to Monroe and the staff was nice enough to take a look at my vehicle on Friday. They call me on Friday with The estimate and completed the repair at the same day. The staff at Monroe did a quick and amazing job.
I had an emergency happen and the guys brought me in right away and had me in and out. Fixed my tire for me and were so courteous and kept me up to speed with everything happening.
