Just got an oil change, waited about 1hr 15 min, I guess a reasonable amount of time. Person at front desk couldn't find my appt at first and said the number I called to reserve was not their office but it was I found on google. No major issues overall. Another visit: Called last minute, stopped in and waited while tire was patched. Happy with overall experience. Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Marie was awesome and friendly. The technician was awesome and fast. Before I left I scheduled my car inspection in 2 weeks.
