Alex at Monroe Auto was very helpful when I drove in with a bolt in my tire and losing air. He took care of it by plugging it and sent me on my way in very little time. Very nice guy and great service!!
I have gone here for several minor vehicle issues from exhaust to brakes. Each time I'm genuinely pleased with the communication and service. Fair pricing and they honor the appointment, which is priceless these days. When someone asks where in Canandaigua to take a vehicle for decent basic service, I refer them here first.
The guys here do not know what they are doing. Came here for some work on my car. The guys didn’t want to call the warranty company I had. Didnt want to call me back. And out right said they couldn’t order the part for my car. I took it down the road to another Monro and they did the work I needed just fine.
Always come here for our maintenance on the work car! They take great care of us and explain everything they do! Highly recommended it!!
Always a pleasure to work with the gentleman at the front counter always gets you in as soon as he can
