Absolute pros!!!! If you're like me, and feeling some disenchanted way about commerce experiences (generally speaking) since COVID's negative impact on society, you'll be pleasantly surprised if you get whatever work your vehicle needs done at Monro in CDGA. I called the number given on the website. I speak to an Indian person. He asks which location works best for me and I confirm Canandaigua works best. Then he says he has a 12pm opening. It's in a little over an hour, but seemed expediant, so I accept. I wait the time, and then come into the center, only to have the guy tell me he has no record of my name or any appointment with my name. He explains that he normally gets an email to confirm or deny the appointment and that the phone center is located in Singapore or India. Ho... read more
Got my exhaust replaced rear catalytic back to muffler and I went to dealer for a repair a few months later they wouldn’t do at Monro and dealer told me the exhaust system they replaced was no good even made a video There was a crack at the connection that meets converter and they quoted me for same job $1000 less than what Monro charged me and dealer used oem parts as Monro used god knows what and upsold it would not recommend.
Great service, very helpful and accommodating in an emergency. Highly recommend these guys!
