The manager is kind and supportive and informative ! He deserves a raise whatever he’s making! Princess are good too and they are willing to work with other distributors of tires. Great experience!
They were great. Great customer service, fast, was able to squeeze me in in a pinch on July 4th as a walk in.
Came in for an oil change. Left wondering if I’d enrolled in an escape room. Keys? Vanished. Interior? Generously seasoned with grease. Oil change reminder? Still on—because resetting it must’ve been too advanced. In addition to respectful customer service that is receptive to advice & describes why certain service is being written, I found some of the better prices in the area for tires & wheel assembly components, both parts and labor, and feel that the service went beyond just switching parts out. I had lots of work done over the past few days and was able to drop it off flexibly, which was very helpful! My past experience with auto service chains has been poor but this did not disappoint.
