Kevin oh Kevin what have you completely mismanaged this time? As a prior Monro GM at 2 locations during my tenure for monro inc. I would advise anyone getting services performed on your vehicle to avoid KEVIN and any and all MONRO INC owned locations as you will likely come in with problems prior to service but youll leave with needing far more work done on your vehicle than what it had originally come in for. went in for an oil change & was told free tire rotation included. first mechanic just spun my tires. then when I asked about it was told he forgot (even though done with every oil change). even then it wasn't done correctly. my being a women I suppose they thought I wouldn't know. I'll give them one more chance then take my service elsewhere.
DON’T GO HERE!! I went to get an alignment on my Saab 93 because the other shops in town were booking a week or two out. I figured they could handle that. They couldn’t drop it off Sunday night for Monday morning alignment. They called, told me a camber bolt broke, and they bought a new one and replaced it no biggy. They got it done. I drove away and noticed it’s pulling hard to the right, so I brought it back, left it there, and called the next day and told them the problem.
