Made an appointment over the phone successfully. Arrived on time and was told they can't enter my license plate into their system. "Remote server unavailable". Proceeded to tell me they can't perform any troubleshooting or offer to schedule me elsewhere.
These guys are amazing!!! Highly recommend.
this place is terrible. failed a friend of mine for EMMISIONS on a 26 YEAR OLD VEHICLE! then my friend called Kevin the manager out that he couldn't do it so they looked the car over again and failed it for a power steering pump leak that was non existent. Another friend of mine went in and got an inspection done and he failed for low pad life....he had 70% pad life left!
