this place is terrible. failed a friend of mine for EMMISIONS on a 26 YEAR OLD VEHICLE! then my friend called Kevin the manager out that he couldn't do it so they looked the car over again and failed it for a power steering pump leak that was non existent. Another friend of mine went in and got an inspection done and he failed for low pad life....he had 70% pad life left! I want to give a shout out to this establishment that brought calm to unexpected and stressful situation. I recently had a rear caliber essentially burst and needed to bring it in for emergency repair. My car is old, has a lot of miles on it and I have been communicating long distances with it throughout the winter before relocating to the area. Was early to my appointment and they took me in right away
Go to any other monro muffler these people almost killed my husband and or children had they been in the car... my husband brought in our car for a simple inspection and they took off all of the tires as well as a caliper without my husband's consent and DID NOT PUT THE PINS BACK IN, LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN TOOK THE CALIBER OFF WITHOUT PERMISSION AND DID NOT PUT THE PINS BACK IN FOR A SIMPLE INSPECTION.
