Inspection and emissions. In and out in less than an hour. Friendly desk help.
Everything was fantastic. Went back to get all 3 of my tires done. The staff was kind caring and the work was efficiently done in a pretty quick amount of time. Def gonna go back in the future for the other things I need done.
Monro is where I’ll be coming back to again and again! The service and efficiency was top notch. Specifically, Pam McCall was the best site manager ever!
I'm not sure what happened when we took a car with a slow leak into Monro's, as they were nearby. The process was not normal, instead of a slow leak that was plugged, there was a 2nd leak discovered that was not slow, and the sensor was crunched requiring replacement. After over 2 hours we were charged 49.65, "2 for 1" supposedly so we would feel like we had a deal rZther than being taken.
Called with a filter issue that needed addressed. They took care of me on time and were very friendly. Highly recommend!
