Took my 2020 ram in for an oil change and tire rotation. After finding various oil spots on my driveway and garage and a loss of approx a quart of oil on a weekend trip did I noticed the oil pan drain bolt was not secure and was leaking. Return trip to the shop and the only thing I was offered was to top off the oil and asked if I needed something to clean the oil spots. After spending the way over charged service for a synthetic oil change I expected better customer service. First time here and my last.. D.G.
My car has been needing an oil change and a tire rotation. I had heard good things about the Monro in Carlisle so I came and checked it out. Pam was very kind and helpful! Thank you to all the staff and technicians who do such great jobs, you are appreciated!

My experience was wonderful this morning. Needed someone to check rear tire. Pam who greeted me upon arrival was very pleasant and helpful. Aaron checked my tire I had picked up a screw and tire was patchable. My vehicle tire was repaired and I was on the road again in no tire. Kudos to Pam and Aaron both individuals are very professional in their work and knowledgeable. This is a very fine business.
