Very poor management and communication. Customer service is overseas and handles the appointments, but they seem to have little understanding of what is actually going on at the location. There is a serious lack of communication between management, customer service, and the mechanics. If management doesn't know what's going on, it makes me question whether the mechanics are properly informed either.
