Showed up for my appointment at the time confirmed by Monro's text message, only to be told their system showed something different. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because of scheduling errors within Monro's system. I've reported this to corporate and hope they address both the customer service and scheduling problems.
I was charged for services I did not request and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home. I have been trying to get a refund ever since then and have been getting the run around. Check out case #547466. The next morning I found that my oil had been overfilled by one quart. According to my car manual damage to the engine can occur within 30 minutes of driving, I had already put on 45 minutes. I went back to Monroe to have the overfill corrected.
