Good service friendly and helpful
I have always had good experiences here, but they must have hired a new employee who is extremely rude! When asked to explain a quote he refused and was extremely nasty. The manager was very nice and was able to explain the quote to me. However, I won’t be back because of this new employee. I’ve never had someone snap on me for simply asking a question. I will never come back here again.
This morning I made an appointment for noon after trying to do the same with Mavis (whom called me to ask that I come in later in the day because if I came in at noon, "I'd be waiting forever") to get a new tire since mine had a nail that was very close to the sidewall. Kedron C. Called me and asked me to send him a picture of my tire with the nail just to make sure it couldn't be repaired.
