Very disappointing service. It took 4 visits to fix one slow leak in a tire. They didn't charge every time, but still, it's my time and mileage that I lost. Then a charge for new calipers that seemed outgrageous and unnecessary. Then I finally went in for an install of new tires and a state safety inspection. They failed me on something completely unrelated to the state safety requirements. The guys all were extremely helpful, quick and efficient, highly recommended.
Everything was handled well and professionally by Shawn and Matt. There was a parts mix up that had nothing to do with either of them and they handled it gracefully. My appointment was rescheduled, the part’s arrival was well communicated and in the end everything worked out great! Thanks Guys!
