Mill Plain Rd. location. Prepare to have your pocket picked. - I needed 2 tires dismounted & replaced by low mileage used tires that I had with me. $16.00 per tire JUST TO DISMOUNT !! Also got the oil change special. Shop supply fee $9.92 $2.90 disposal waste oil. Holy Moly ! $39.99 oil change with minor tire swap $116.00. And these corporations wonder why they're losing business ? It obvious why.

Ladies beware, theres guys and upper managerment are all about the coins they receive from customers, took my car to have it put on the diagnostic machine, and was told I need another car, paid for the service , but on my paper work it was blank, not sure they ran the test. just be awere about taking our cars to theres kinde of shope. Don't get scamed, nevre going back , and the scary part is there have our addresses.im scared for my safty.

I brought my car on 04/11/23 to Monro at 980 central for oil change. The technican drove my car in and out of the oil change area caused a scratch on the driver side. I brought the car to them and they refused to admit the incident. Be aware. Please check your car before drive it.
I went there for a oil change. I made the appointment online and it didn't show on their computer, it didn't matter tho they fit me in. Great conversation while I waited. They checked my brakes and were honest with the result. A very good experience! I will be back for my next oil change.
Poor customer service. Asked them to do tire rotation and they didn’t. Spilled oil over the engine. Poor attitude. Too many other shops to deal with these amateurs.
Last night I noticed I had a slow leak with one of my trucks tires. I stopped into Monroe this morning (no appointment) and asked if I could get it patched up. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken car of. The slow leak was fixed within an hour. I'm very happy. Thank you.
