I had scheduled an appointment for a New York State inspection, but on the day of the appointment when I walked in, I was informed that the inspection machine was out of service for the next four to five days. Based on prior reviews, it seems they are not interested in providing low-revenue services. Will report to NYS.
Friendly and great service. Got me in same day that I needed and got my work done in a timely manner.
Very poor service! I have been to Monro many times and experienced great service. Not this time!!! Technicians who don’t know what they are doing! No manager on site. Wrong type of oil. Now my car is smoking and running rough AND I feel overcharged! More than $90!!! I will NEVER go there again!!!
