The service at Fredonia's Monroe was exceptional. They took me in right away for a quick headlight repair. Scott and the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service. Went in for an oil change and was treated rudely. Service manager S. Harris complained about my use of a coupon and said I was late because he changed my appointment without calling me and asking. I didn’t receive any of the service that comes with the oil change, but they charged me for topping off fluids that they didn’t top off, as my windshield washer fluid was still totally empty when I left. The people are so kind and understanding and respectful. I believe I have a new favorite shop. No dishonesty and they take accountability in making sure their customers are satisfied and work is done accordingly💪🏾the manager Scott is amazing and so truthful and honest and he puts his a smile on my face.
