I would strongly suggest staying FAR away from this shop. Failed my inspection claiming I needed new brakes and rotors, and quoted me $1500 for the work. Checked brakes and rotors myself after the fact and found them to be in good condition. Went to new shop without changing a thing and passed with flying colors. Never trust anything Monroe says.
The tech i interacted with communicated clearly what was needed. Very helpful and would recommend this place.

I had an appointment and was helped by a newer employee—it was only his 4th day! He let me know that one of the inspectors had quit, so they were short-staffed, but he promised to get me in as soon as possible and kept me updated the entire time. On top of that, their printer wasn’t working, so I couldn’t get a receipt—but he explained the situation clearly and told me I could come back in a few days. Despite all the chaos, he handled everything like a pro. The new guy was awesome—seriously, give him a raise!
