Left bolts loose and lug nuts off. Could have killed people!!!
Not satisfied. I had appointment for which I waiting couple days and the final day I drop my car. And after that have to wait 5 hours for chaining the oil. Not recommended:(
Made an appointment and they sent me a confirmation get there for my appointment and said I did not have an appointment scheduled to the next day. Went to my new appointment time and was told they were to busy come back in one hour.
Loose bolt at exhaust mechanism assembly causing rattle. Rather than the more expensive exhaust system, as compared to the SLEEVE fix, both which were presented to me in detail, by your EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE Technician, I chose the sleeve fix which did indeed, eliminate that ANNOYING rattle. I couldn't be more pleased and I will trust the future care of my OLD car to the capable, cleverly skilled Monro (the mighty) Techs!!
