Made an appointment the day before and when I got in they had some kind problem with another car and I had to wait an hour for then to look at my car There were several mechanics there and the district manager This shop struggles with time management There was also multiple times they were rude during my visit and got upset for no reason Temperament out of the employees were very poor even though I was the one that had to wait.
$1,400 on inner and outer tie rods is beyond mind blowing lol. Clearly you guys are beating ppl across the head. Thats a $700 tops job smh
I unfortunately had a flat tire and was in Lakewood. Mary and the female technician were able to squeeze me in and go above and beyond getting me back on the road in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend their kindness and service to anyone in that area.
