Called in for tire got quoted a different price ! I came in then it goes to 87.99 to $130 something ! I get you charge to fix and taxes but you know the price so why not just say full price when asked ! I went in for oil change. I asked them to put air on my tires. A guy named Nick the manager claims that he put air in off or my tires. My tire light was still on at departure I put my own air in the freezing cold. My tire light went off instantly, so he lied about putting air in my tire. I was never given an inspection sheet to tell me whether I not need any more services for my car. I never got a sticker in my car showing when I need Another oil change. I had an appointment for today scheduled 24 hours+ in advance, as getting my tires replaced ASAP was a priority. I understand things happen, but to write on a piece of notebook paper that you're closed without sending zero emails, zero phone calls, zero point of communication of notice is a joke in itself. Total disregard for customer service. Gross.
