I needed my brakes checked because they were grinding. I needed them checked before going on a long trip. Stopped by and Josh met with me and conducted a free diagonstic check on my vehicle. He provided a resonable quote and I was scheduled the next day. They had me in and out of their shop within two hours. Now my vehicle is ready for our trip with new brakes and rotors. Great job to Monroe in Bath!
The two stars are for the two lead loca mechanics good guys, I went in there for a NY state inspection knowing Imy car was passable including the tire tread im 38 and I travel a lot for work so I know tread that would not pass. So I dropped my car of I get there they pulled the sticker and told me it wouldn't pass because of the tread, obviously to be forced into getting tires through them, they also changed my break pads even though I clearly didn't need new ones the ones in the pic ar the ones I had on the car. The guys where quick and to the point did a great job
Work was done on time. I've had no issues with the work performed. Staff was friendly.
This is one of the worst auto shops on this planet. First when I took my car there to patch a tire they did it wrong so it went flat again. Then admitted they did it wrong like it was no big deal. Then when they changed my oil they broke the oil filter housing and the rings, just superglued everything back together like I wouldn't notice it leaking oil. I would strongly recommend only using them if you never want to drive a functional car again! If I could give zero stars I would.
