The wonderful people at monro in Bath, NY took care of us with care. Let us know what they were doing and how much. They got it done and our car rides beautifully now. It glides down the road. New tires, rear shocks and alignment. We're very Happy and grateful for how they took care of our car.
For the service if they don't want to do the work they charge 4 times the cost. I will no longer use Monro auto service.
Great service. Full synthetic oil change done quickly and correctly. I will be back for future service. Nick and Scott were very friendly and customer oriented. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

$630 for a thermostat and hose exchange and a flush got charged a full days work for a 1 hour job...... come to shop with $500 already in hand.......update: im about to spend more money because $630 for a thermostat replacement got absolutely NOTHING done they put used hoses all around when I only needed one in which they charged me 5x the price of a brand new hose my motor gonna end up blowing because I took my car in for a thermostat exchange and no its not the water pump or heads..... I advise you to do your own mechanic ... read more
