The general manager, Rob, is one of the most professional individuals i have met! Not only can he conduct himself in a business manner but he is also capable of connecting with customers on a personal level. I had a HUGE ISSUE with the work that was performed on my car. Monro has done a fantastic job for me both times I came in. I walked in for an oil change this last time and I was very satisfied, again.
Coolant overflow stem was compromised in an attempt to get me to come back and spend more money. Creating a Problem just to fix it.
