They did my brakes and inspection and didn't try to add anything else. The guy at the front and one of the mechanics were both really nice and personable
My car takes full synthetic oil & they put conventional oil in it & now my car been stalling out … it’s crazy work cause I definitely put full synthetic when I made the appointment… now I have to go somewhere else & pay for a whole new oil change.. crazy work !
The general manager, Rob, is one of the most professional individuals i have met! Not only can he conduct himself in a business manner but he is also capable of connecting with customers on a personal level. I had a HUGE ISSUE with the work that was performed on my car. Not only did he pull all thr paperwork associated with my vehicle but he also gave me his time tongoniver everything. After that he still had his mechanic take more time and double check my vehicle. Monro has done a fantastic job for me both times I came in. I walked in for an oil change this last time and I was very satisfied, again.
Coolant overflow stem was compromised in an attempt to get me to come back and spend more money. Creating a Problem just to fix it.
