they legit charged me $130 for an oil change and i didn’t even know the price until after i paid on my invoice it said 5qts of oil is 83 bucks
So I honestly cannot stand leaving bad reviews but I am highly upset as I was raised in a mechanic family where my stepdad and older stepbrother and younger brother are all mechanics and I did learn a few things like oil changes and my sister in law came to get her oil changed between 11a.m.-1p.m. on a 2022 Jeep renegade and was told on the phone the cost was $200 for the oil service and filter replacement and some BS about it needing special oil when I know regardless it should cost max of $60-$70 bucks not no $200, I chang... read more
On Wednesday evening after I got home from work, I realized one of my tires was flat. So I called Monroe asking if they had any available in the size that I had and they did. However, when I showed up I was their last customer of the night which normally would not have bothered me. But it honestly felt as though they were trying to rush the process and get me out of the door as fast as possible.
