I’m speechless, to say the least. Brought my car in for inspection and oil/filter change. When I went to pick up the car, there seemed to be a lot of chaos. Figured it was just busy. I paid and decided to check the oil level before I left. I noticed the oil was 2 quarts high and the filter hadn’t been changed! Went inside and the Service Manager was shocked when I told him.
