Had warranty work that needed to be done through Carvana / Silver Rock. They couldn’t do the first part but took time to make sure Silver Rock sent me to the dealership to resolve the issue. All free of charge. Brought it back for another warranty issue and they resolved my issue quickly. The next day. And went above and beyond in customer service. I head my vehicle for NY state inspection and my girlfriend tok it to the shop here in Brockport NY. This was big no and if l could ld give 0 for customers relationship and work performance. So my girlfriend call me and said what needs to be done in order to pass inspection. The stabilizer links on back needs to be replaced so l said ok but make shore they give you old parts back.
