Are you kidding me with the Old Saybrook location? It has to be the shadiest “auto shop” I’ve ever been to. I’ve brought my car there a few times over the years because it’s walking distance from my house, and it’s been worse and worse every time. I declined their extremely high estimates 3 times and once had them do my break lines which other mechanics questioned. I leave there laughing at how crazy it is. Believe me, any other place else is better.
