I can't say enough about this shop. This is the second time I've used them and they are first class. I took my f150 in for an oil pressure light indicator on 4/2. The next day they ran a full diagnostic of the codes and let me know that the codes were exactly what I paid for last October by the dealership to repair. Emily and John were a pleasure to speak with and rest assured my vehicle WILL be going back to the dealership to retify the issues and will utilize them (Monro) for future repairs. Paid for a Groupon, made an online appt thinking this would allow them to plan for me so I could get in and out of there. They didn’t even take my car in for over a half hour and then what takes other places 15 to 20 minutes to do took them an hour and a half. After wasting all that time I then got to pay an additional $38 on top of the cost of the Groupon for “hidden” charges I wasn’t expecting and was never told about. I will NEVER go there again and I suggest you don’t either!
I can’t say enough good things about Monro in Cranberry! Every person I’ve dealt with has been pleasant, courteous, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Mike, Emily, Adam, and the entire staff go above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough!!
