Had my car inspected today at Monroes and Chris did an amazing job. The service was very efficient and quick considering it was a Saturday and they had a lot going on, my car was finished in a little over an hour.
I bought a previously owned car from Carvanza and si ce then gave had several repairs. Monro has always addressed my issues immediately, made repairs and fed insurance claims on my behalf. They have been extremely accommodating and I like to thank Danielle and her staff for their service.
Over payed for a oil change service had groupon paid for it $38 to be told they don’t honor it at the location because of the type of oil at the end of checkout had to come out my pocket $48 but I got a credit for $40 so $48 down the drain.Will not recommend going to that location and most likely won’t be going to Monroe again.
Monro Auto Service of Willow Grove Pa is an excellent service center. The owner and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a PA resident who has to relocate frequently due to my job with the return to PA. With all that being said I have utilized several auto mechanics in the area a f none have provided the top notch service that they did today.
